”Rebecca Mayer did an extraordinary job in helping my sister and me sell my late parent's house on providence's east side. Her advice on pricing was right on. Beyond that, she made the sale happen by suggesting that we do some simple repainting and other minor fix-ups to improve the price we could get very significantly. She found us very good contractors to choose from to do the work, got us a great price for that, and in general did everything you could want a broker to do and more. And she is a nice, low-key, professional, good person to work with. Highly recommended.
